Services

Nest services are for any postpartum mamas needing support after childbirth. I offer personalized, in home visits. Our time will consist of emotional support, postpartum meal prep,  and housework so you can focus on healing and taking care of your newborn.  
 

Nest Services include:

• Access to my personal library 
• Resource lists
• Unlimited text support during office hours

Options include 3 hours per visit in packages of 6, 12, or 20 visits

2 - 3 hour sessions where I assist in anything you need to prepare your home for baby to make the transition to home as smooth as possible. I know you've waited for this with an expectant heart and I want to make your home ready so you can focus on baby and what they need.

 NICU doula services are for any mamas currently facing the NICU. You do not have to do it alone. I offer visits to the NICU or your home to help you process your experience. I can run errands, clean, meal prep or assist with most other household duties to ensure you have time to focus on yourself and your baby in the NICU.

NICU Services include:

• Traveling to your NICU
• Unlimited text and phone support during office hours

Options include 3 hours per visit, in packages or 2, 4, or 6 visits.

Will meet monthly  - must sign up by emailing jes@nicutonest.com A support group for all NICU parents no matter where they are on their journey from NICU to Nest. All NICU parents are welcome to join whether currently in the NICU or years removed.

A support group for newly born moms (within the first year postpartum) who are wanting to find their village or just looking for a safe space to process their early motherhood.
